A metaverse R&D center will soon rise in Melbourne, Victoria with the collaboration of Australian creative technologies company Two Bulls and Thailand’s Translucia Global Innovation.
The $100 million facility, which would rank among the biggest in the world once it fully operates, will study new technologies to link the physical and digital worlds.
It will be the driving force behind the creation of the “Translucia Metaverse,” a place where individuals may smoothly transition between the physical and digital worlds.
Building a feature-rich metaverse for the Translucia Metaverse is a current project for Thai real estate developer MQDC and Accenture.
Meanwhile, Two Bulls will draw on its experience with gamification design and cutting-edge entertainment and education technology to create and run the R&D Center.
Data collection and user behavior research are the goals of the tech company.

Translucia CEO Jwanwat Ahriyavraromp said the company is thrilled to establish the center to bring together the most incredible metaverse developers worldwide.
Two Bulls CEO James Kane agreed, saying facility is a unique collaboration which will be an excellent strategy for drawing metaverse visionaries.
Kane said, “It will help Translucia fulfill its incredible vision and benefit the world. It will introduce people to the concepts of the Translucia metaverse with its fresh perspective, unlike any other metaverse we have seen.”
The federal government supported the Two Bulls-Translucia partnership through the Victorian Government Digital Technologies business mission to Thailand in 2018, where Two Bulls participated.
The mission led to Two Bulls connecting with Translucia with both businesses holding conferences and workshops before and throughout the epidemic.
The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the Victorian Government, and Austrade then collaborated to highlight Two Bulls as a significant Australian technology supplier for the Thai business community.
