The global videoconferencing platform Crewdle has reached a major tech industry milestone in its young history, achieving 200,000 users in just a month after reaching its 10,000-user mark in December 2021.
Crewdle, which was founded in 2020 in Montréal, Canada, developed extensible distributed technologies that transform businesses and individuals in collaborating and meeting remotely by offering green, secure and easy-to-use video communication tools.
The company saw a growth of 1,900% this month and customers all over the world have adopted the eco-friendly platform, with significant sign-ups from Europe, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region.
This news comes after a phenomenal year for Crewdle, which saw significant organic growth compared to similar Silicon Valley leaders, and was supplemented by new marketing initiatives, channel partnerships, and funding.
The tech start-up, which specialises in real-time peer-to-peer (P2P) communications, is continuing on its momentum. Crewdle is currently working on accelerating its operations and gaining access to new channels and users by strengthening its relationships with current channel partners while working hard to build links with new ones.
The new Partner Program, in collaboration with PartnerStack, has garnered both the attention and the onboarding of over 25,000 new affiliates in the last month.
Crewdle was also a hit over the holidays as it helped facilitate gatherings between families and loved ones after COVID-19 limited face-to-face festivities, reaching over 4,230 meetings from December 20, 2021 to January 3, 2022.
“The actual growth that Crewdle has experienced over the past few months has exceeded our greatest expectations, especially since the growth of Crewdle has been largely organic. Passing the 200,000 barriers is definitely a testament to the strength and novelty of our offering, the trust and support of our valued channel partners, and the dedication of our team,” Crewdle’s CEO Vincent Lamanna said.
“We’ve steadfastly worked to offer a competitive and greener solution, and are grateful that users worldwide – with a strong current uptake across Europe, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific region – are seeing the added value of the platform and are choosing more and more to make a simple and easy change in support of the environment,” he continued.
“Our success is also their success. We are proud of our achievements in this busy segment and already look forward to sharing our next milestone. 2022 will be another great year!”
Crewdle’s serverless digital ecosystem is not only green, secure, and affordable but its latest version is also free of charge with some restrictions. The company also offers subscription-based packages to SMBs and individual users.
The company’s product is free for small-and-medium-sized non-for-profit organizations (NPO), with significant discounts offered for larger NPOs.
It is available via the AppDirect Network Catalog and through its vast network of AppSmart professional advisors. Crewdle works in popular desktop browsers and is optimized for Safari (iOS), and for Chrome (Android), and can be integrated with Google Calendar, Microsoft 365 Outlook Calendar, and Slack.
