Boutique Public Relations Agency, ETOILE PR has added Catherine Zaharias and Stacie Hickey to its team to drive the agency’s growth across Australia and the APAC region.
After serving as Brand Director at Paramount ANZ and Chief Marketing Officer at TRAVLR, Catherine Zaharias is joining as Communications Director. In this role, Zaharias will oversee client strategy across ETOILE PR’s portfolio of entertainment, lifestyle, technology and social impact clients.
With experience directing growth and marketing strategies for some of the world’s most renowned brands including Nickelodeon and MTV, Catherine will work closely with clients on strategy creation, activation and partnerships, as well as business development and agency growth.
“Having worked in marketing and publishing for over a decade, this is an ideal opportunity to provide a unique skill set and added value to our clients which is complementary to Public Relations. It’s an exciting prospect to work with a portfolio of brands across a diverse range of industries, particularly with many related to social impact,” Zaharias said.
Meanwhile, Stacie Hickey is joining the group as an Account Manager after her stint as PR Specialist from Woolworths Group.
Stacie’s role at ETOILE PR will focus on driving consumer awareness and engagement across all brands through media and influencer relationships, as well as supporting client strategy and activation.
Founded in 2017 by Alana Chetner, ETOILE PR has grown significantly year on year, focused on developing its long-term retainer and special projects clients across its key pillars of entertainment, lifestyle and social impact.
Over the past year, the business has expanded its scope to include the APAC region, with a focus on building its international relations in 2023 and beyond. Current clients include Livewire, Lifeline Narrm, Northern Pictures, Australian Geographic, STRONG Pilates and Harbour Outdoor.

Last month, ETOILE PR worked with Lifeline Canberra to launch the new Lifeline support service – Lifeline Narrm – which will help to increase support on-the-ground in Victoria to combat escalating suicide rates.
The team also collaborated with MINI Australia on Sydney WorldPride to deliver the Big Love Story campaign in conjunction with Creative Agency, KOJO.
