Oppo launches first tablet Pad Air in Australian market

Chinese smartphone manufacturer Oppo has announced the release of its first tablet named “Pad Air” in the Australian technology market.

The item they named “Pad Air,” which would be available for purchase starting on October 27, will complete its line of smartphones, wearables, and hearables.

The company described as “extremely light” and has a magnificent two-tone metal splicing design with the new ColorOS for Pad, upgrading the user experience with smart and fluid interactions.

Michael Tran, managing director of Oppo Australia, said he thought the Pad Air was a logical addition to the company’s line of products.

Tran said, “As a business we’ve been working really hard to develop an ecosystem of products that our consumers would love.”

He added that the tablet has been under development for a while but they wanted to make sure the product was flawless before bringing it to market, and they now feel satisfied that they have done so.

“Not only does the Pad Air look great, the performance, and in particular the ColorOS operating system, means consumers can enjoy a seamless user experience,” Tran said.

Oppo said the Pad Air is supported by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 Mobile Platform, whose eight-core design makes multitasking simple for consumers.

The tablet’s 10.36-inch 2K HD display also provides low blue light eye protection to reduce eye fatigue and has gained TÜV Rheinland’s certification for eye care.

The device features four large speakers that support Dolby Atmos which Oppo claims produces “high-quality sound with clarity for an immersive listening experience.”

According to Oppo, its 7100 mAh battery enables users to watch films for up to 12 hours, participate in video conferences for up to 15 hours or read e-books for up to 16 hours.

The Pad Air is available at the Oppo Australia Online Store.
