Dialpad, TelcoDataCloud team up to deliver modern cloud communications to Aussie businesses

AI-powered communications platform Dialpad Inc. has teamed up with TelcoDataCloud, an independent telecommunication service and consultancy provider, to bring communication solutions and cloud innovation to Australian businesses.

The Dialpad cloud-native communications platform is designed to deliver a Unified Communications as a Service (TruCaaS) experience.

As an AI-powered cohesive platform, Dialpad helps companies simplify business communications and collaboration.

The platform can be deployed on any device and has baked-in Voice Intelligence, which creates a searchable archive of every call, helping improve communication between employees, customers and business partners working from anywhere.

Commenting on the partnership, Dialpad Australia Country Manager, Gerard D’Onofrio, said that TelcoDataCloud’s level of support of prospective customers, including its quality of referrals, have led to an impressive customer conversion rate.

In the second quarter of 2021, TelcoDataCloud closed three major customer deals with Dialpad, which included leaders in the building, manufacturing and sporting industries.
