Companies looking to leverage the latest in generative artificial intelligence (AI) technology can now do so with added privacy and security measures with OpenAI’s latest offering, ChatGPT Enterprise.
OpenAI’s new product includes access to “unlimited higher-speed GPT-4 access, longer context windows for processing longer inputs, advanced data analysis capabilities, customization options,” among others.
With data privacy being a critical concern for companies, OpenAI says the enterprise version is SOC 2 compliant and are encrypted in transit and at rest.
“You own and control your business data in ChatGPT Enterprise. We do not train on your business data or conversations, and our models don’t learn from your usage,” OpenAI said.
One of the standout features of this update is the inclusion of a 32k context in ChatGPT Enterprise. This enhancement allows users to process inputs or files that are four times longer than previously possible.
The expanded context enables organisations to delve deeper into their documents, analyse extensive datasets, and extract valuable insights from lengthy texts, opening up new possibilities for research, data analysis, and content generation.
ChatGPT Enterprise has now introduced unlimited access to an advanced data analysis feature, previously known as Code Interpreter. This feature empowers both technical and non-technical teams to analyse information with unprecedented speed and accuracy.
Whether it’s financial researchers crunching market data, marketers analysing survey results, or data scientists debugging an ETL script, ChatGPT Enterprise’s Code Interpreter can process complex data queries in a matter of seconds, streamlining decision-making processes across the board.
To facilitate seamless collaboration within organisations, ChatGPT Enterprise introduces shared chat templates. These templates allow teams to work together efficiently, build common workflows, and tailor ChatGPT to their specific needs. This feature is designed to enhance productivity and streamline communication across different departments.
